Jamaica: No other resort on the island is closer to Dunn’s River Falls than Jewel Dunn’s River Beach in Ocho Rios. Fitness junkies will love a day hiking the falls, playing the nine-hole pitch course, working up a sweat in the fitness center or swimming laps in one of two pools. After all that sweating, this all-inclusive tempts with plenty of chill-out options, including top-shelf mixers in the Emerald Tree Lounge, piquant platters of jerk chicken at the Aquamarina Beach Bar and a soak in a whirlpool tub in the Spa.

Maroon 5, Charli XCX, Sam Smith, Meghan Trainor, Jason Derulo and Iggy Azalea are among the artists featured on the four-minute song. Not even Bad Blood can keep Katy Perry and Taylor Swift off the same track: If sun loungers on endless stretches of sandy beaches , unlimited fine dining and starry nights aren’t enough, try an all-inclusive hotel with perks just for grown-ups. Without distractions like teen discos and crowded buffets, a week in an adults-only is the big ticket to real relaxation. Check out the crème de la crème of kid-free all-inclusive resorts and you’ll soon be swapping pint-sized dinner plates for a couples massage on the beach.

Great Exuma: On the largest island in the Exuma chain of The Bahamas, the laidback all-inclusive Sandals Emerald Bay oozes grown-up relaxation around every palm tree. Spacious rooms where butlers unpack your bags are just the beginning. There’s rolling waves the color of faded denim, golfing on the Greg Norman course that winds through seaside dunes and mangrove preserves, an espresso to greet the day at Café De Paris and a buttery lobster at Il Cielo (one of seven on-site restaurants) to end it. Between the Raindrop Dreams rub down at the lemongrass-scented Red Lane Spa, a cocktail whenever the urge to sip strikes or doing absolutely nothing in a comfy cabana that flanks the gigantic infinity pool, you’ll be grateful you left the kids at home with their grandparents.

Punta Cana: For twosomes splurging on a high-end stay, Royal Service rooms at Paradisus Palma Real on Bavaro Beach include gratis cell phones for receiving international calls and unlimited green fees at the Cocotal Golf Club.
